HAHAX..today very funny read this you will know, i call back and gv them a scolding, but actually i was not really angry...but they do nth so we decided to write a email in:


To whom it may concern,

I am Mr Goh, a regular customer of canadian pizza. I have made an order on 03/12/2008, 1400 hours to Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Initially, I was having high expectation to have a pleasant and enjoyable meal with my friends. However, when the delivery man arrived, I was deeply disappointed with the service you provided.

Case 1: The call centre told me that the rider will be reaching in 5 minutes time so I rushed down from my class to collect my order. However, you made me wait for 15 minutes. I was wondering why the rider cannot contact me when he has reached rather than have the call centre contact me and notify me of their estimated time so I would not have to wait foolishly.

Case 2:The calamari is really in low quality. It does not taste like calamari, but like flour! Furthermore, the calamari has turned really cold. Beside that, the free pepsi was left out. We intentionally make our purchase eligible for the free Pepsi, yet we did not get the Pepsi which left us nothing to quench our thirst. As the rider promised me that he would be back with the Pepsi in 30mins so we waited without eating the Pizza. After 30 mins, the rider was still not back yet and we had to eat our pizza cold and soggy.

Case 3:I have called the call centre to ask about the drink and I was told it would be sent to me shortly. However, I waited for more than 2 hours and the drink was still not here yet and I had to call back repeatedly. I asked the operator Linda for the company feedback address and she claim that she does not know.So I requested to speak to the manager who is Mr Andrew. He was unsure how long the delivery would take to arrive and continued to tell me to wait for the drink.

I seriously feel that as a company crew and manager, they should be trained to handle this kind of situation. However, I am not satisfy the way that they handled my situation so flambuoyantly and with such arrogant attitude by the crew. I look forward to your speedy response and I sincerely hope such situations would no longer happen again.

cox we sharing the pizza(i paid $22, cw: $5, lq, wilfred and richard pay $2, i think i didnt missed up anyone or include those name that didnt paid) then alot ppl nv pay then go take, SOME even take 2 without paying~... they see everyone taking then they tot we never see..some even dun dare to take and call others to take for him...
